Place forms on your web site (with whatever fields you like). When users submit the forms, their responses are emailed to you.

Start Your Own Top Site

The scripts require web hosting with PHP and MySQL.

All scripts include setup instructions, and a range of configuration options.

The scripts are delivered as download, including instructions, but does not include installation services. The customer is responsible for installing or configuring the scripts themselves. Where necessary, we may be prepared to make additional special arrangements to install the products into a customer's web site, although an extra installation fee will have to be mutually agreed in this case.
